Seeking a licensed RN or LPN to oversee resident services in assisted living and memory care communities across multiple locations.
Supervise, develop, and schedule staff while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Establish and maintain medication systems adhering to legal standards. Conduct assessments to determine resident needs and create service plans. Manage department budget and perform quality reviews to meet state and company standards. Act as the primary contact for resident care issues and ensure compliance with safety codes and regulations. Administer medications as permitted, assist with daily living activities, and provide staff training. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff, and support community relations. Flexible hours and weekend work required. Qualifications include state licensing, clinical care experience, staff management skills, CPR certification, and completion of required training.
