The Nursing Early Hire Program offers nursing students graduating in 2025 the opportunity to work remotely while still in school and then relocate to Traverse City, MI after graduation.
Participants receive a $7,500 sign-on bonus before starting practice, with an additional $2,500 after passing boards. The program is open to all eligible students and involves a competitive application, interview process, and a two-year work commitment. Selected students are placed into full-time roles with benefits, starting post-graduation. All early-hire nurses will participate in a Nursing Residency Program, supporting their professional development.
