We are hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for our 82-bed Ash Grove Healthcare Facility, including a memory care unit for residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia.

  • Enjoy developing meaningful relationships with residents and collaborating with a supportive healthcare team.
  • As an integral team member, the RN provides high-quality care, performs resident assessments, monitors ADLs, administers medications, and follows physician orders.
  • The Charge Nurse assigns duties, facilitates admissions and discharges, and develops the resident Plan of Care.
  • This full-time night position requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, RN license, and strong patient care skills.
