Seeking an experienced Mental Health Therapist in Grandview, WA, for full-time, exempt role working with children and families in a community health setting.
Must hold an independent clinical license from WA State (LMHC, LICSW, LASW, or LMFT); associate licenses are not sufficient.
Provide assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT, etc.) to clients with complex needs.
Respond to crises, coordinate care, and support clients post-hospitalization.
Work within multidisciplinary teams, document in electronic health records, and adhere to regulatory standards.
Bilingual preferred but not required; requires Master’s degree, 2+ years post-grad experience, and BLS certification within 45 days.
